In this assignment, I was trying to capture my dog in motion in order to complete the subject of an animal. The lighting wasn't great, so I used my shutter speed, aperture, and ISO to adjust the exposure of the photo. I got a wide range of exposures and shutter speeds in these photos that allow for many different types of photographs.
This was my best photo:
The Shutter Speed was... 1/249
The Aperture was... 29
The ISO was... 1600
This is my slide show for this assignment, which shows my other photos for the week.
In this assignment, I learned how to adjust my exposure elements to all types of light. I wasn't used to doing it quickly and in the dark, like you see in one of the photos. I was really happy with the way the shadows played off of my dog and how the light that came through caught the color of his fur. I also learned how to adjust my zoom to get the right amount of room for the subject of the picture.
